  • Sun-dried tomatoes2
  • Heavy cream1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese1 ½ cups

Instructions

    Sear the chicken breasts in oil until golden; remove from the pan.

    Add the chicken broth to deglaze, then pour in the heavy cream and grated parmesan, reducing until a thick sauce forms.
