Instructions

    Dredge & bread

    Toss the shrimp in a seasoned dredge consisting of a 50/50 ratio of cornmeal and flour for superior crunch.

    Fry crisp

    Deep-fry until crispy.

    Split & slather

    Split the French bread, slather both interior sides heavily with spicy, mayonnaise-based remoulade.

    Dress & fill

    Pack the cavity with the fried shrimp, shredded lettuce, and thinly sliced tomatoes.
